They younger staff are awesome and the manger who is a black guy idk his name is awesome the morning staff need work I always have to get my order fixed there is always an issue!! McDonald's employees from other locations warned me about this location not being cleaned!

We ordered 5 regular hot-n-spicy McChicken, and one plain, with 3 small fries. They made all 6 plain hot-n-spicy and only 2 fries, which were way over salted.

They take forever. We got in line first and then they took the person in the other line first instead. The fries suck and always have an enormous amount of salt. The hot n spicies are great. I can honestly say those have been fresh most of the time. However, MOST of the time when I used to order a double home style burger they gave me one meat instead of two. It happened three times in a row at one point. McDonald's seriously blows. Unacceptable.

I’ve had two terrible experiences in a row at this location and I’m a firm believer in sometimes things happen but twice is no coincidence. The first time I was over charged and told that they couldn’t refund me because I had already paid and I have never heard of that policy the second time, I tried picking up my mobile order via drive through and their system wasn’t allowing them to charge my card or even acknowledge my order so I was told to go inside. When I parked and went inside not only was I ignored for almost twenty minutes despite politely attempting to catch someone’s attention they’d also deleted my mobile order and said that it was because I’d left the establishment which is ironic since they were the ones who told me to go inside in the first place. I hate that it was this location since it’s the closest to me but I will no longer attempt to eat here. I do wish I wasn’t required to leave even one star
