I love this Starbucks. Their staff is sooo nice. I usually don’t go to this one though and it’s for a kind of silly reason: the lids have tiny drink holes. Most Starbucks have the soppy cup lid with a huge drink hole. And this sounds silly but hear me out. I almost always drink cold foam. When the hole is tiny you don’t get that perfect foam to coffee ratio in every sip. So that’s just a consideration. Otherwise I love the people here.

This is by far the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been too. Since they opened I switched from on farther down on 45 south to go here because its closer to my work. They employees are always happy and smiling. Even when they have a line of cars wrapped around the building during their morning rush time they are nice and polite to all the customers. Today someone accidently forgot to add mocha sauce to my drink and when I noticed and went back the employee that greeted me went above an beyond to make sure I had a new fresh correct drink. Mistakes happen, I completely understand, I have worked fast food myself in the past, but its so nice when the employees don't even have to argue with you to get something corrected or changed. I think that's a great policy Starbucks has. And, since I had to go back my coworker ended up ordering a drink too. Yall are doing a great job! Keep up the fantastic work. Thank you!

My coffee is always on point. Plus I don't know who it was, but I got a sweet message on my lid this morning. It completely made my day! So sweet! ud83dude0a

Long lines and my drink is only right about 50% of the time. It’s the closest Starbucks to my job so I go there a lot but after an incident today I think I’m done with this location. My order was wrong and I asked to have another made and even repeated my order (a basic iced coffee), it was wrong again so I had to go inside. Each time, the workers seemed annoyed. My order is the same everyday and so easy to make.
