Disappointing experience, McDonald’s needs to get their app working.nnSubmitted an order 20 minutes before arriving to pick up dinner for myself and my wife via the app. Came out to about $8 using a coupon.nnWhen I came through the drive thru and gave my order number, they had my order pulled up quickly.nnOnce I came to the first window to pay, I was told my order was now $15 and the coupon code on my phone I wanted to use was invalid (because it has just been “used” on the order that I had placed).nnWith a huge line of cars behind me, I felt I had no other choice but to pay the higher amount and take my food to leave.
Don’t expect to get any seasonal items for 2 years they haven’t had a single seasonal item no shamrock shake, no holiday pie, and no McRib. Staff is pretty nice and seem sincerely sorry they don’t have the items and place is kind of dirty but it’s disappointing to see all these promotions and ads and get there and boom nothing.

Is it really so hard to not put ketchup on a burger? The receipt and ticket even say no ketchup, and yet there it is, right under the bun.
