I came to the store and ordered a 20 piece nugget and a basket of fries. I asked for Buffalo, barbecue and ketchup. I got home with one BBQ, one Buffalo and the other 4 sauces, I did not ask for. I went back up to the store to get it remade. They remade my order and as I examined it, there was one barbecue and one Buffalo for a 20 piece nugget with a basket of fries. I again brought it to their attention and they started shoving sauces in my bag. I went home once again and found out they decided to give me spicy nuggets as opposed to regular nuggets. Went back up for the second time, technically 3rd, as I was complaining about my difficulties, the manager Beverly decided to call the police on me. All the other associates wanted to just give me my money back and try and make it better, she made it the worst experience I've ever had

The drive thru wasn't the fastest, but considering the winter storm we are dealing with I was willing to wait. I got to the window to pay and was shocked to find they accepted credit cards and debit cards right now. This place deserves your business right now!

Would give 0 if possible, this review is based upon my last 5 visits, I kept trying again due to my benefit of the doubt attitude, but they never fail to mess something up or not have something and not notify and just put an alternative in your order without notification. All but one of the staff members are young rude, don’t want to do their job and incompetent, and she’s the manager from what I’ve gathered. Worst fast food service, disappointing such a nice establishment can be run so poorly. Better hiring process and training and stock management needed here big time.
