My son and I had a pretty great time here. Lots of energy and good tasting food. The laser tag rep. needed a little more tact in her customer service skills but overall the experience was great. I also had a technical issue with an old card and the management resolved it expediently and professionally. Looking forward to another visit in the near future.
Our family enjoys Main Event tremendously! The Monday deal is the absolute best! Each time family is visiting from either UT, CA or NV we make sure Main Event is our Monday night family activity! We kickoff the evening with bowling for upwards of 20plus players enjoying pizza, wings and that main event burger!!! Our family is very competitive so we move straight into laser tag and then mini golf - staying until closing playing every video game possible many times over! First time there. Needed to get out, as life has been rough, well for everyone...I had such a good time. Food was great, service was great, super clean. It didn't even matter that my best friend beat me at literally everything we played. That Mario Kart set up though!!!!! I can't wait to go back.
My kids had a blast. Games machines are very reliable. Hope next visit food services would be better, it took almost 25minutes seating at the table to wait for food being order. Food was great and come out fast, just food ordering service took too long.
I love this place, but it has an interesting set up for those big fish wheel games that you must get the arrow on the right column to get the jackpot. They had 3 of them but they put 2 in a dark corner and another one in one area where most of the games are. But they do have a nice selection of games and prizes. I would recommend this place to anyone
