When you make an appointment over the phone at a dealership, it is very rare to be able to fit someone in the very next day right as they open, but this place sure did. It was unbelievable.nnI went to get a recall repair done and some other electrical issues fixed. I got there right as they opened and they got to work immediately on my vehicle. They were done in less than 45 minutes. That's great service!nnAccording to my receipt, the lady who helped me was Cheyenne. She was fast, prompt, and very quick to assist me. There can't be another dealership in this area that operates this efficiently. Plus my wife was happy with the help she received over the phone.nnThank you to all who helped me get in and out. I was really expecting to be there for a few hours...didn't happen.
I would like to express my extreme displeasure in the sales department. Failure to disclose important information until after the checks are sent out is a bad business policy. Salesman and sales manager basically said “MY BAD” and never tried to fix their messup
