Normally it’s a five star, normally my iced coco cloud is made correctly, but it seems on my days off the staffs different and nothing is made correctly. The person in the window isn’t brand. I wasn’t offered a drink carrier for the five drink. This location won’t steam water to a safe temp, your only allowed to to ask for ice cubes which doesn’t do the same.
This location has great service from friendly staff. There's a drive-thru, plenty of parking, and a Tesla supercharger nearby. Gets a little busy in the morning but even during prime time the wait isn't too long.
The service was really good and we got a good discount on coffee that was for the holidays. The staff was great and even took the coffee beans and grounded them for us. Clean location with plenty of sitting space and open windows to enjoy the outside while staying warm. Good amount of parking available that is 90 minute customer parking. Easy in and out access.
I go to this Starbucks quite often and it’s a great location in the mornings. Since they reopened in May, I started going in the afternoons since I work from home now. Every time I go in, there is a male barista/manager running around with their mask below their mouth or nose. They have even taken my order as they pull the mask down. I get that masks may “inconvenience” them, but it’s not about you. It’s about protecting those around you including elderly or those with weak immune systems. It’s actually required all workers in Washington wear one. Idk what makes you special, but pull your damn mask up.
Nice people...too bad no outdoor seating like other people establishments.
