My husband was scheduled for surgery on Thursday. His doctor sent on Monday before the surgery a prescription he wanted my husband to take in connection with that surgery. I received a text that it was ready but when I went to pick it up they said it wasn't ready and they did not have it in stock. I checked on it Tuesday and was told it was probably in the order they had just received but they had not had time to unpack the order. They would send a message when it was ready. Wednesday I checked again and it still wasn’t ready. Thursday after we returned from the surgery I checked and it still was not in. Friday I checked about noon and they said it had come in but they Needed about 30 minutes to unpack and process. I went back an hour later and they said it would be about 10 minutes. I returned later and picked it up. The prescription bottle shows that the order was filled on 6-8-2020 which is the date the doctor called it in but it was (according to instructions I kept receiving) not even in the store until 6-12-2020. The clerk asked me if I wanted it to be on automatic refill and I asked if that would mean they would have it available in the store the next time I need a refill and she said no. This is an item they don’t normally carry so when I need it refilled it might mean a wait of a week or two. I understand there might sometimes be issues but the doctor sent it in, it clearly says it can be refilled, so why would they not have it on hand if they are offering me automatic refill. Why are they showing prescription filled 6/8 when it was actually 6/12

For over 6 mnths. my husband has been filling the same 3 perscriptions. Now there's a new pharmacist who knows more about my husbands medical issues than his own Dr. This man took it upon himself to DELETE the RX that had been ordered by the Dr. The RX was only for 30 tablets and I am aware said meds can be abused, however the Dr. keeps a close eye on this. Since when are pharmacist granted such power? Of course the pharmacy across the street will be taking care of RX needs in the future

Pharmacy staff is incompetent. They make the same mistakes over and over and blame it on the previous staff but it just continues. My family only uses Lone Star Pharmacy but due to my insurance using CVS, and I rarely need a prescription filled, I have no choice if I want the discount; however, I will pay full price from now on and use Lone Star.

One of my prescriptions popped open in the mail, the package the medicine was in was ripped in both corners. I have RA, so unfortunately sometimes my hands don't work, and I had them give me easy open lids. Consequently my lyrica popped open and spilled in the package, since it was both corners were busted, I lost 26 pills. I called the pharmacy and the manager was out, when I came to the pharmacy to pick up more meds I asked to speak to the pharmacy manager. (He goes by initials, but i don't remember his initials.) He was amazing! He worked his magic, filed a claim I guess, and he filled the missing amount of meds. I had to show him proof of everything and I'm having to file a claim with the post office, but he was amazing. I use this medicine as a daily maintenance medicine, so I couldn't afford to skip that many days. Thanks so much for all your help!

Everyone was working very hard. People were everywhere demanding their scripts immediately. The pharmacy technicians were really trying. The Pharmacist was working to get everything finished as fast as he could.
