I understand that there is a pandemic going on, but the drive thru service should be more efficient. The kid at the window that hands out the food was clueless on my order. Then i was told to pull over to side to wait for my food along with 2 others that were waiting. I waited 20 minutes, until i flagged a worker down, asking him how much longer. Then i had to tell him what i had ordered. Looks to me that there is no order in that store.
This McDonald's needs a new manager. The one that's been here is way too comfortable with their job. Customer service and quality has greatly diminished. Time to bring in a new face.
Really good food but the price is a little high. Got a spicy crispy chicken sandwich and it was a little small for the price and I'm not sure if they gave me the original or if it wasn't that spicy but it was still a good sandwich just not one I would pay that much for again.
I mean it's mcdonald's guys the line is long but at least they were moving it along at a decent pace. At least my food was hot and seemed fresh so at this point no real issues ud83dude05
Very fast and friendly workers. I wish all McDonalds were this efficient. Whatever they are doing keep up the good work.
