I absolutely love this place! The staff is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. I came to Crossfit 1093 after not lifting regularly for about nine years AND with me having 6 month old twins. They have met me at MY level and have pushed me to better myself all while making sure I stay injury free. I feel encouraged and motivated each and every time I am there and always look forward to returning. -Megan
If you want a family friendly workout environment. You have to try Crossfit 1093. They make you feel comfortable while making sure you have the perfect form.
