if you ever want to see a cashier or employee, do not come to this location!nI got stuck behind someone checking out with 20 items in self checkout, stood there for 5 entire minutes while waiting on the customer to figure it out. A cashier never came to the front despite the line. When I finally got to start checking myself out the machine got stuck on a coupon option and I had to wait for a cashier to come clear the code.. I waited for another 2 minutes and when nobody showed up, I left my items and gave up.nOverall, I wouldn't give this store a single star. The worst way to waste 10 minutes on my lunch break.

Terrible service. They won’t call you if the prescription is out of stock. It took me a hard time to find out.nnThe first time I called they said they had not received order from my doctor, which I highly doubted; I called the next day, they said it was processing. After questioning, I was told the prescription was out of stock. After I asked, she put me on hold to check any other cvs location had stock. Then I was put on hold for quite a while until another person picked up the phone.nnI ended up transferring to another pharmacy. I just cannot trust them.

The current pharmacist is worthless. Prescriptions aren’t ready on time, he lacks follow up, and he can’t seem to remember anything. I’d give the rest of the store itself 5 stars, but as the Pharmacy is the core part of this business, they might as well shut this place down.

Pharmacy is extremely slow. I waited an hour in line at the drive through and they “couldn’t find my prescription”. Save yourself time and go somewhere else.

IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR COVID TESTING DONE DO NOT COME TO THIS CVS!!!!nMy daughter is a teacher and she was told by a co-worker that her husband tested positive for covid. SO we registered and got a appt for 350pm to test. We went to CVS with no line and they could not get her info up. I gave them the code and all the cards and for 50 mins they sat at the computer and had no idea what to do. I had asked them if I could please go to the side so the people waiting could be taken care of. Pharmacist said no it's ok. Then I just get fed up found another place and made a separate appt with an urgent care. Pharmacist said you can't go anywhere else it will take 24 hrs for u to register. Which that is total BS they just want the reimbursement for their collection of specimens. If they can't pull information correctly it would also lead me to believe their specimen handling could be performed badly. Don't take the risk of running your tests through this site.
