No yogurt parfaits (pandemic discontinuation?)! But they had the sundae which is always an easy kid favorite. Long drive through line that cleared decently quickly.
Drive thru is pretty efficient but ordering ahead is not the way to go with this location. They handles an entire lunch rush and walk-ins and I'm still waiting for what I ordered 15 minutes ago checked in at the reserved parking spot 12 min ago.
The guy at the window was sooo rude! His name started with an S. Idk if it was because he was a teenager or what but if he doesn't have people/customer service skills he needs to be away from the window, maybe cleaning or flipping burgers. We were not rude at all and he was rude since we we're ordering. We get to the window and he rolled his eyes and sighed when we asked him to scan the app QR code for rewards. Like what is that??? The first time I go to this McDonald's and never going there again.
First time here. Was in the area and thought to look in to see if I could find anything interesting.nnFamiliar branding and ambience with all the usually sections to go with it
I will have to say the remodel of the interior of this l ocation is nice. We can't sit in it yet because of covid but it is nice. The service and food have improved as well. I really hope they keep it up and not go back to old ways. Time will tell!
