The second last time I've been there, they got my daughter's order wrong. Then today I went into the store, as she said it would be faster. Pure illusion. Her simple Frappuccino took almost 15 minutes, with the store empty.
They are always very courteous and make sure they greet you with a smile. I've never had a problem with this location or their staff, it's the only Starbucks I go to!
over all satisfaction is a low because it took 30 minutes to make 2 drinks.
Nice clean, friendly service. Over priced yes, but quick and clean service.
My go to place for my kids when they have had a good week. They had run out of the cake pops, which my little one was pretty fussy about but we made another choice and it was just as good to him. The barista was amazing!
