The Casaubon Law Firm

I was injured on the job in 2011 from a well known food chain company. Which I will not disclose. I hired an attorney named Leslie Casaubon in good faith thinking as an attorney she would have my best interest at hand. This was totally not what she had in mind for me as a black client for which she Negligently misrepresented. She had the nerve to take my case to the District courts in Dallas Tx without my knowledge. And this was after I had fired her verbally over the phone because Ms. Leslie Casaubon never would respond back to any emails, phone calls nor involve me on what she was doing on my case. So, 2012 she was hired did things in a very unprofessional manner. You would have thought she was a Queen pin MOB boss the way she negligently misrepresented me before the court of the law. My case drags out Maybe year at most before I got fed up with Ms. Casaubon and fired her in March of 2013 (verbally). Which is a legal way in the State of Texas to terminate an attorney. She failed to turn in proper documents to TWC. After I fired her I contact the Office of injured employees to see if the could help pursue my case. Once again I’m at another road block with Ms. Casaubon for whom I talked once over the phone and I had to record the call. Ms. Casaubon stats quote for quote “ I (myself) told Ms . Casaubon to Non- suit my case and dismiss it WITH PREJUDICE” for which I would have NEVER have done because they way the system was trying to jerk me around like a lost prisoner in the system. I got injured on the job and the moral of the story is run quick and do not ever think about using her as an attorney. This lady has completely tried to ruin my life and livelihood by her negligence the way she has shown to be unprofessional as an attorney. I suggest that anyone who has allowed her to handle a case of yours. Since 2012 she has fraud at the system and injured workers and I believe any and every person that feels thatnthere was negligence to your case or negligence for her own personal greed. I would highly suggest that you not use her as an attorney because she will not have your best interest. What I am telling you are all FACTS! she is the wrench in the system and she doesn’t follow the code of ethics and is the true meaning of abuse of power. Let your voice be heard is has been taken from people for years.

I highly recommend this law firm. They took my case when no one else would and we won. They were very fair.

Accompanied a friend to the firm .At first they seem to be nice but their true colors did not take long to show. I believe that they are not accepting clients simply because they are not whitesnVery sad that this should be happening in the 21st century.

This place is a joke,none of the staff has CSR skills,then they lie I will never recommend or call this sorry good for nothing place back
