I am highly unsatisfied with the amount charged to get the keys out of my car. There is no way possible that it should cost $198 dollars to perform a service that literally takes less than 5 minutes. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
We did the buy 2 get one free. It was about $25 for 3 Dallas Stars keys. I was hesitant bc they had to mail them to me, but it took like 3-4 days to get. All 3 work perfect. Go Stats!
First, I love the concept and the quality of the kiosks. These kiosks are easy to use, and while you have to wait a few days for the new key to be shipped to your home (you don't receive it from the kiosk) the kiosk scans your key quite quickly.nI needed a new key for my Ford 2009 Sedan. I ultimately purchased a copy at this kiosk and the KeyMe in Colleyville; both keys neither opened my car door nor started the ignition. When I tried this location (Irving) and it didn't work, I figured the kiosk was having issues, but when the key from the Colleyville KeyMe also didn't work, I realized that the issue was more likely KeyMe and my particular car.nThe reason why I didn't rate KeyMe only 1 Star is b/c both times I called KeyMe customer service, I received courteous customer service, and they gave me refund confirmations both times quickly. Moving forward, I'll go to a different group outside of KeyMe to get a new key, but KeyMe does provide good customer service. Also, perhaps they provide better quality for other cars outside of my car's model and year!

A bad experience the whole way.nDirections gave no indication it was inside the grocery store.nThen it turns out to be an unmanned machine.nThen it couldn't do either of the keys I needed but did offer to order them for an outrageous price!
