I was in an accident in January 2020. It was a hit and run with a big rig. After the accident I was left with a damaged vehicle, and lots of pain. They take on cases have you go to therapy, see doctor's and never call the clients. My nephew explained to the operator everything that happened about the accident. He stated that the officer came out and he could not determine who caused the wreck. So you have him go back and forth with different doctors appointment. Everytime you call you can't get your so called attorney on the phone. The make everything sound good at first but you never here from them. My nephew is still in pain, the therapy center was so busy with people so they rush you out before your full treatment is over. My nephew is out of his work truck and can no longer work. Why are illegal immigrants allowed to drive after causing a dangerous accident after running a red light. Something must be done about this the next person could be killed

I have been trying to get a hold of my case manager Paul Cervantes for a while and have had no luck contacting him. My accident happened nearly a year ago and my treatment has been completed for well over a month. I am ready to get this matter resolved. Each time I call, I am unable to get in touch with him and no one else is able to assist me with my case, per the receptionist. I am disappointed in how my case has been handled and would like to speak with someone as soon as possible.nnI hired this firm to assist me through a difficult situation and they have failed to meet my expectations as a client. They have not handled my treatment as promised or followed up timely. Would not recommend this firm to assist through a claim.
