This! is a treasure. When you reach an age where the Pharmacy is the department you spend the most time in -- it really matters if the person behind the counter, is patient, compassionate, and respectful of the extra burdens older people are carrying during the covid - 19 worries and vigilance. I hear them calling people by name, taking time to repeat themselves and be sure someone understands. I don't text! And yet the service I receive and see others receiving exceeds digital wizardrynbecause it isn't driven by an algorithm, it is real people providing real service.

Make sure you count all of your pills while you're there and in front of the pharmacist. They shorted me 5 pills, 3 days worth of medicine and refuse to reimburse me. I will be switching pharmacies. Its pretty disappointing because other than this one mishap they have been polite and have saved me a bundle on my prescriptions since I'm not insured.

I’ve used this pharmacy for 10 years. Today I switched. For about the last year I couldn’t get prescriptions that required physician approval unless I called my doctor. I tried online, phone in, and in person. I’m praying I have better results at another CVS.

CVS sends coupons that this location will not honor. I've tried several times. In the future I will wave as I drive past to Walgreens.
