Celebrated my son's birthday there last week. Staff was very friendly before I decided to do a small event. Ariel gave me a tour of facility before I signed up. After we got there, there was some confusion on what was told to me and what I paid for, but it was so refreshing to see an organization make it right on the spot! Leroy did a great job ensuring we had a great time! Thank you!
Walking in, the atmosphere is high energy and good vibes. The staff is attentive and always responsive to whatever you need them for. From a game being stuck ir whatever to the drinks and food you order. Very well cleaned and the customers there were also nice respectful. Would recommend and go back to I'm the near future.
If you have any issue at all while you're there, just calmly inform the staff and they'll find a way to make sure you don't leave without enjoying your time and having fun. My friends and I went and had a problem with our bowling lane, after it needed to be serviced a second time, and our drinks had taken a while to get to us, they gave us two hours plus a bunch of credits to use for the arcade games, lazer tag, and rock wall. They didn't even know it we were there for a final hang out before I moved out of state, they just did it because they care about customers having a positive experience.
I had my son’s 12 birthday here. Kids had a good time but service was not good. Party organizers did a good enough job but the rest of the bar staff was terrible. I spent 40 min of my night waiting in line to get a drink. In total I spent over $600 and I expected to get better service. Maybe more training is needed. Next time I will drive to go to a further location
The family had a wonderful experience at this place. Great arcade playing options, nice social distanced bowling alleys. They even have laser tag, which was great fun. Their restaurants have great pizza’s and burgers. We specially liked their sweet potato fries. The kids loved it as well.nnNice clean restrooms and courteous service. Would definitely recommend this place.
