This place was very nice and everyone was professional and courteous. Carly is my stylist that recently moved over to Proper. As always she did a very good job cutting and styling my hair as well as trimming and shaping my beard. I will continue to book with Carly, she does not rush and makes sure everything is exactly how you want it. I Highly recommend going and seeing her.

Ever since I moved to Texas two years ago, my picky self has been jumping from stylist to stylist looking for what felt just right. A couple days ago I had my hair cut by Jessi for the second time and will definitely keep coming back.nJessica does a fantastic job in every way. From her skill at handling your hair to the attention she pays to you, listening to exactly what you want to do and offering on-point suggestions. If you're ever unsure about what you're going for, she will definitely help you walk out with a haircut you'll love.nOverall the atmosphere of the place is chill. Its interior design is stylish and clean. The attention is great. Proper Salon turns getting a haircut from a chore into a really comfortable experience and I'm happy I found them.nI'd recommend getting the proper treatment if you can. Totally worth it.

Wow. This place is amazing.nnI moved here from North Dallas about two weeks ago and have been putting off trying to find a place to cut my hair. It's always trial and error when you move finding the right stylist.nnI found her: Jessi Farias.nnShe was incredibly personable and easy to talk to right off the bat. Other places in the big city would ALWAYS make me sit and wait for at least five to ten minutes while they wrapped up with someone else. Here, however, I was greeted with a smile and put in the chair immediately.nnThe location is really cool, and the atmosphere and vibe of the salon is fantastic. There was dope music on the speakers but not too loud. Again, in the city I couldn't hear myself think for the music blaring obnoxiously. And on the shelf was a ton of excellent whiskeys, as well as a slew of different beers in the fridge.nnProper Salon for Men deserves way more than five stars. I'm really looking forward to my next visit!nnBeautiful shop. Fantastic conversation. Incredible haircut.

Taylor was amazing and extremely professional. She has a great personality and keeps you entertained with her energy. The haircut was awesome and she was able to convince me into something that turned out for the best. Book your appointment with her and you won’t be disappointed.
