They have some old man working with no his mask not on , but he tells me to put my mask on like seriously? Then try to refuse my service 10/24/2020 11 pm CST. I have been working construction in Comal Co. staying at the Microtel across the street. This is uncourteous I feel. He need s to retire and let the young ones run the store. I understand and respect him but he doesn’t towards me. He acting like I’m in the wrong but he actually is.
Officially never going back. This place irritates me every time I go in there. Staff never has a sense of urgency to take care of customers waiting in line. Store manager is rude and combative. They charge the FULL PRICE of a fountain drink for a cup of ice stating, “we have to inventory every cup”. NO ONE DOES THIS. I don’t mind paying $0.25 for a cup of ice, but $2.79?!?!? No one will see or read this, but you no longer have my business. There are too many other stores who are happy to take my money.
Floor layout gets congested and foot traffic is poor during meal times.
Manger of the store is great, she has a good team there and takes car of them well, and takes care of that store, in returns is excellent for the customer service.
