This place is amazing. Jiu Jitsu is a skill that is tough to learn, but very rewarding. You'll not only learn how to protect yourself, but you'll also learn how to become more confident, focused, and calm. It'll also help you get into great shape! Coach Austin is great, whether it's in the adult class or with the kids. If you're feeling nervous about joining or are worried about the people there, don't be. Everyone is welcoming and helpful. I've found a family with the people I train with and won't trade them for anything.

My two boys (12 and 7 yrs old) have been training at Rockstar for close to 3 yrs now and absolutely LOVE it. Both of them have befitted, both socially and academically, from the structure and self-discipline that that the program teaches. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
