Have absolutely loved my first week training here! The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The coaches are amazing & caring. They really take the time to assist with form and getting to know the workouts and the verbiage. The workouts are challenging, but you can go at your own pace. Someone is always encouraging you and amping you up. Highly recommend for anyone. They have adjustments in exercises for people unable to do certain movements. The gym is very clean and well kept. Pricing for classes is comparable to other places and you get a trainer! Overall, best value and best workouts!
This place is seriously changing my life. I’ve never really worked out consistently in my life but that’s probably because I’ve never had a work out experience like orange theory. I’m addicted for sure. Don’t be afraid to try this, people here are super friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming to all! You can do it!
I became a member in October 2019. Since then I've become stronger and ultimately healthier. I absolutely love this studio and this company. They're not only genuinely concerned for my health and my cheerleaders, now living in these unprecedented times of the unknown, they're mindful of our safety and it is extremely important to them. These guys are awesome and I consider them an extension of my family.
Great experience at the Prosper OTF! The studio is clean & the staff is very friendly. Today was my first workout with OTF in 4 years. So glad to be back!!
