Great atmosphere! My husband and I have been going to F45 Prosper for a few months. The trainers and team are extremely motivating and welcoming. I can confidently say that F45 Prosper has changed me in the best way!

Not only does F45 as a franchise provide entertaining and effective workouts, but this location specifically has my gratitude. The Prosper location, it's trainers and owners are like no other. Great people that have your best interests at heart as they get you in shape. Warm welcomes and motivation! They have a nifty little meal prep fridge also ;) I definitely reccomend F45 Prosper to any folks in the area. True professionals!

F45 in Prosper is amazing! I love how cardio and strength training are combined. A 45 minute workout goes so fast and I can’t believe how many calories I burn! The instructors demonstrate each station and provide modifications. They are so supportive and motivating! Saturday mornings are my favorite when they bring in a DJ! I never knew a workout could be so much fun! Everyone is so positive and supportive of each other! The F45 challenge has been life changing for me!

F45 Prosper! What an amazing place. I have been in other F45 locations in the past but none of them have compared to the experience I've had at Prosper. The F45 module is terrific in it's own right but the trainers and owners of Prosper make the entire experience that much better. You are greeted as family and your individual fitness goals are considered in every workout. Susan and Stephen Weaver are creating a fun, and welcoming environment and are showing true care for their patrons. The athletes are of like minds and are friendly and engaging. It is truly a family gathering and the workouts are hard but suffering together makes us closer!
