This place is like no other, you can offer the world to a person but have no compassion what would that leave a person? 209 Salon is a must visit!!! I'll be there....Great stylist and I've heard the shampoos are out of this world, go visit for yourself!
I came to this salon for the first time since I moved to McKinney. I had medium length hair, 2-3 inches dark root and some grey hairs and the rest light blond highlights. I had a consultation with RICH and I decided to do balayage which was more expensive than the other services. JUICY, spend 3 hours on my hair and the result, my gray hairs were not covered at all and my light blond highlights were dark. After 4 days when I went there and showed my hair to RICH, he asked $60 for covering my root or if I want my light blond highlights back, $180 again. I didn't know what to say when RICH was just smiling with his eyes to me. First time when I was there, he was so respectful but this time %100 different behaviour. I will redo my hair in another hair salon but I will never forget RICH disrespectful, unprofessional and irrational behaviour. Judge my review with my hair photos

Very professional and friendly services! They made me feel pampered which was just what I needed.
I stumbled upon this salon very last minute, they were very accommodating when scheduling an appointment. Let me just tell you how amazing Toni is... he is a complete gentleman & his work is top-notch! He gave me the best hair cut and style I’ve ever had in my life. The staff is also very welcoming and personable, you won’t be disappointed. I left there seriously feeling like a million bucks! You’re the best, Toni! Can’t wait to go back for color!
