The facility here is great. Unfortunately the admins here are the ones in charge and they’re absolutely horrible. They’re Absolutely not in it for the kids and they have horrible customer service. If you questioned them about anything they will tell you it’s not their problem. We’ve had tons of problems with these guys. I absolutely hate it when we find out that we joined the league that plays over here.

Definitely a place to enjoy the outdoors. Recommended for everyone! Children will have plenty of space to run around.

Very disorganized all around. Games fail to start on time, referees appear to have little to no training with no investment in teaching these young kids how to play the game, and the administration is completely apathetic to any concerns or interests in making improvements. It's always a challenge getting questions answered and on more than one occasion, I've unfortunately witnessed defensive and outright rude behaviors from staff towards parents. General, all-around communication from this location is incredibly poor and very disorganized. We live very close to this location so it was convenient for my children, but I'm afraid it's worth it to drive a bit further so they can have a better experience.

My son’s game was just called early in the 3rd quarter in a very close game between the 2 best teams in their league @ the McKinney PSA.nThe ref (female who has overreacted in numerous games over the past several years) called a technical on the opposing team’s parent for taking a drink of a Diet Coke (ironically which she bought from the PSA concession) and lowering her mask to take a sip. None of us knew what caused the technical foul (we found out after the game from the parent that was guilty of taking the forbidden drink ) so one of our parents asked “what happened” and by lowering their mask incurred a technical foul and she proceeded to end the game.nI still can not believe she would ruin a great game between two good teams over a very grey “rule” without any explanation.nAnd if she was going to enforce the rule, why punish the kids over the parents action? Why not ask that individual to leave?nI can not understand how the supervisors would not overrule her very poor decision.nI will definitely be looking at different leagues going forward for my son and his team which is unfortunate as we have been w the PSA for years.nCovid has obviously caused many new rules and uncertainty but we should all be working together to keep things going as normally as possible, not being punitive and overreacting. But this is clearly her pattern as I’ve witnessed firsthand in previous seasons (she temporarily called a championship game due to parents acting unruly but was overruled byna supervisor). She clearly needs to find another setting due to her inability to remain calm and handle stressful situations appropriately.nnSincerely,nSam

If communication were a stronger priority, this would be five stars. Otherwise, great place--clean, multiple court options, friendly staff, and available location.
