ALTHEA IS ALWAYS KIND AND HELPFUL. GREAT STORE.
Awfully slow! Waited in the pharmacy carline for 20 minutes to get a COVID test when we had appointments. For sure we chose the WRONG pharmacy because the CVS on Preston gives results in 20 minutes. Still waiting for my results . . .
The pharmacist literally refused to fill my pain medication prescription because she said she did not think it was a good choice for my condition. While I can appreciate the overall concern in the states about an opioid crisis, this was uncalled for and she completely overstepped her boundaries. After she said she would not fill it She then proceeded to question me about what other options I had tried which I told her included ALL of the alternatives she mentioned in addition to two surgeries.nI rarely fill a pain script, like twice a year Or for surgeries so this was beyond frustrating. I had to have my doctor change pharmacies to get the medicine I needed.
Great and friendly service! Young man at register was very helpful.
The young lady at the front counter, Melanie, is the most polite and friendly person I have ever met in retail. When she asks you if you need any help she really means she wants to help. A rare find, I hope they appreciate the good impression she makes on their company.
