Very unorganized, wait in drive through is too long and some of the people at drive through are very rude. Especially today 03/27/2021. The lady would not make sure that my card was entered into my profile. I had already asked several times to get it done before& I told her they told me it was done. I just wanted to make SURE & she refused to check it for me! She spoke very rudely to me. I’m done..... I don’t do business with people who are rude!!

#1 I went in to buy a few things. I bought them in the pharmacy because the cashier at the front only has a mask over his mouth (not his nose) ...at a pharmacy...that is supposed to help you get better.n#2 went to pick up prescription, they say they don't have the script, this has happened 3 times at this pharmacy so I know they do. I ask them to look again. They swear it is not there. I go home and text comes in to pick up the prescription. I go back and its ready. (How does a pharmacy not know where prescriptions are -so many times)

Today is the last day time I will ever use CVS. Pharmacy takes forever to answer phone calls. We’ve used their pharmacy for well over a year. When I called today about a prescription refill that my doctor sent in, they say they don’t have any record of it. I had to call the doctors office again, and magically, when the doctor called, they found the prescription.nnThey said it would be ready in an hour, I know they’re always slow so I gave them an hour and 45 minutes before I showed up to pick up. When I got there, the line was 20 minutes long. When I finally got to the window, they said it wasn’t ready and I have to circle around again.nnI have a toddler in the car. I didn’t plan on spending an hour of my day trying to pick up a prescription.nnAlso frustrated because when we tried to transfer our prescription to a different pharmacy, and they said they couldn’t do it. Which is funny because the other pharmacies seem to be able to transfer to them just fine.nnNo matter, after today, you’ll never catch me here again.

I went in tonight and the cashier was wearing his mask over his mouth only. His nose was not covered. You'd think a pharmacy would take more precautions. Disappointed.

If I could rate it lower I would I never seen so many uninterested people that tell you one thing and then you get there and it's completely different. Than on top of it the lies is ridiculous. Someone needs to go in there and clean this mess up
