Words cannot express our gratitude and thankfulness for Carrie & Paul, the managers of Seatac Self Storage. If we could award more stars, we would! They always go above and beyond the call of duty and work responsibilities to ensure we are well taken care of. We have a vacation cabin near Seattle and store our car at SSS. Carrie and Paul always make sure that our vehicle is in running order. Paul purchased and replaced a dead battery before our arrival from Arizona several months ago, and most recently, he replaced a second one due to our inability to travel because of the recent pandemic. Communication is fantastic with quick responses via email or phone. They happily pick up and drop off at the airport, even after hours.... and Christmas night! Carrie is kind and full of joy, always willing to go the extra mile. They treat us like family and we are truly blessed by their kindness. Dr. Michael & Jennifer Kelly
It was super easy to store my vehicle here. They drive me to the airport and picked me up every time I was in town. They had my car ready and waiting, I never had to find it in their lot. Very nice people to work with!! I highly recommend this service.
We stored our RV and pickup with Carrie. It was a very stressful time, March 23 2020 a week after the COVID state of emergency. The manager was very professional and competent. The facility is close to Seatac Airport as we were flying home, the location was important. They also provided us with a ride to the airport and picked us up upon return. I would recommend highly.
We searched the Seattle area for weeks without finding a secure and affordable place to store our RV. Most places were either secure or affordable, but not both. That's why we felt so lucky when we went to SeaTac Self Storage and met the managers, Paul and Carrie. We really wanted a covered stall and they had just one remaining. Sadly, our RV was a too tall to fit. Thanks to Paul's ingenuity and willingness to accommodate, he was able to make it work. There are many reasons to like this storage facility (proximity to SeaTac, clean, well maintained, free shuttles, very affordable rates, etc.). But, for us, the most important reason is the friendly, professional staff. They leave no doubt whatsoever that our property is safe and in good hands.
Went there a month ago to rent a space but the woman there was kinda rude and sarcastic. I was actually talking to the man on the counter and she jumped right into the conversation and her attitude while talking to you is like you are bothering her. Any way i left and found a better place for a cheaper price. Cubesmart.
