You will get in great shape real quick and everyone will treat you like family.
Menas boxing club is by far one of the best gyms I've been in. All the coaches were just amazing as well as the trainees/boxers. They really made it feel like family, and that's hard to find. I would recommend it to anyone.
Great place to work out. My body is sore but I’m going back
