I usually love this store. But since you hired the night shift employee Rochelle, nuh uh! She is one of the RUDEST people I have ever met! And we’ve seen her attitude towards a while lot of customers as well. As long as she is here, we, along with a lot of others, will not want to come here. Rude rude RUDE!!!

Please be careful if you go in at night, there is a new woman in here and she lacks customer service skills, her name is Rochelle, and she doesn't know how to talk to people, Rochelle used to work at the dollar tree in Marble Falls but due to her lack of respect for customers, she no longer works their either. Rochelle if you don't straighten up your attitude and learn that your customers are the ones that pay your paycheck ,you may not have a job soon, again.nOne good thing, she doesn't burn the burritos and corn dogs.

I am a “VERY” regular & loyal customer of this particular store branch in Johnson City, and I tried calling at 8:45 am on 1/12/20 to place a to-go order from the kitchen for Fried Chicken Legs (30 pieces) for our “Liberty Lighthouse Church” directly across the Spur-Hwy. from this store & no one would ever pick up and answer the phone. I used the website phone # also... I called 3 times each Very frustrating as a patron in need of a product.
