I used Morris years ago when my father died in Ft Worth. Morris gave me the paperwork I would need at no charge and contacted the Ft Worth court so I was on the docket. The only hiccup was with the judge. He wanted me to have a local lawyer with me which I did not need.nMorris saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation.

He had take care all my tickets since 2000 and I think the way I speed I keep him hired twice a year for my tickets and so far all drop , not on record. There is one guy just said that Mr.,-Moris was hired for a ticket traffic violation and this guy said he end up with a warrant.. I will said this to the men had complain. Moris I hired him , he goes like a day after he gets his tickets , that front lady already got the sheets fill all the blanks and take his Custumer under his custody .?nnI think the court it self screw that up , pushing the ticket into warrant is because someone file on time your ticket Dismisal it goes into the court roaster systems and because you had representation that doesn’t stop the court to close out your case as much I had seen people under a warrant , for something they had been dismissed two years ago .,

Not very friendly or professional. It was like pulling teeth to get answers to my questions which we're met with sarcasm. After doing a little research I quickly found that finding someone else to represent me in my situation was a must. I do not recommend this Attorney.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had when dealing with an attorney.nFrom a simple speeding ticket it escalated to an arrest warrant quickly.nHe did absolutely nothing for me, deceived me about the actions he was supposedly taking even went so far as to forge my signature on the court document without my knowledge or consent.nI will be filing a complaint with Texas Bar shortly.nDO NOT GO THERE!

Mr. Kirschberg did so much for my family and I it was an up hill battle to keep our home after 4 years going through. a divorce bankruptcy but my lawyer Mr. Morris never complained he sometimes would show up with his hair everywhere and shirt untucked but he never let on there was never any hope we live in a country where we have laws like bankruptcy. that helpfor us to be in our home but in the end it looks bad on our credit report I always told Mr. Morris he was the hardest working lawyer in San Antonio what lawyer works on Sundays for the clients who work during the week sometimes you have to call and say hey remember we have an appointment or just a phone call to say hello would be nice thank you Mr. Kirschberg for everything in the end I have my home Me and the girls thank you so much for we are out of bankruptcy and I was able to get my home even with bankruptcy on my credit for anyone out there going through hard times don't give up thing's get better tough times come and go but tough people stick around
