Love this gym. I have been working out for 20+ years and these guys ( and gals) got it right. Hot showers, functioning equipment, and a staff that makes you feel welcome in their gym. They treat everyone like family.

Always go in the morning, but not always in the best mood when I get there. Morning employees never fail to get me going and I leave the gym after my workout with a big smile on my face (under my mask, of course). Value is incredible too. It’s like paying low-tier prices for top-tier facilities.

The feeling of welcome, understanding, and access to knowledge, I have been offered, both prior to, and after becoming a member of this gym family, has not ceased to amaze me.nnDawn keeps this gym family, both members and staff, happy and enthusiastic, creating an environment that makes me want to keep coming back. Ben runs the personal training department with both passion and care, making clients like me, feel welcome no matter where we are on our journey. Michael approaches each of our personal training sessions with not only an immense level of knowledge, but also the enthusiasm and care that helps me persevere, even when my days leading up to our sessions brought with them challenges that seemed insurmountablennThis gym is kept to the highest standards of both cleanliness and maintenance far exceeding what I have experienced in any gym environment thus far in SA. I have no concern for the safety or health of myself or my son utilizing any part of this facility, even during these challenging times.nnThank you all for making this gym what I see and feel each time I walk through the door!!!

You cannot beat these prices. I just wanted to give a HUGE shout-out to Dawn! Your gym is fantastic! You simply could not ask for a better team than hers. Equipment is maintained and kept clean at all times. So, anyone nervous about that annoying virus, rest assured this place is clean as a whistle and social distancing is enforced. Aside from keeping their gym up to par with cleanliness the staff is very friendly and will help you with any questions you may have. I'm new to gyms and was nervous at first. But after going in, the staff made me feel right at home. This is definitely my permanent spot. If you have that tiny voice in your head telling you to make a leap and join a gym. DO IT! And do it here! Get rid of that quarantine gut that you know we all got. Get healthy, feel healthy, and stay healthy!

I was a loyal customer to golds gym for over 15 year but finally had to end our relationship due to very poor customer service and equipment. As a power lifter I switched to world gym and will say I was very pleased with their free weight section and amazing customer service. Needless to say I recently had to cancel my membership due to Covid. I will say dawn the general manager was very understanding and very helpful and was able to cancel both my wife’s and myself memberships no questions asked and no pressure to return. Because of their understanding and kindness I will definitely return once this whole Covid pandemic is over with.
