I have been going to the gym since 2012. For about 2 years, I went to the gym with my co-worker with no purpose. From about 2014 to 2020, I mostly focused on functional fitness classes.nnI have been coming to Watchdog Strength since May 2020 and it is by far the best decision I've ever made in my life. My training finally has purpose and I feel like I've seen the most improvement than ever before. Coach Sal puts a plan together with you and works with you to make sure your goals are met.nnThe most important factor for me is that I trust the process and the coaches that work with me. I highly recommend checking out Watchdog if you are curious about working with a personal trainer who really does care about your success.nnI only gave 5 stars because Google doesn't let me give 10!nnThank you, WDS!

I came in with the goal of building muscle and strength. In less than a month, I have seen a very noticeable difference, and my Inbody scans confirm the progress. Sal and Cristy are great at helping their clients set and attain reasonable goals, and at a steady pace. Sign up, you will be glad you did!

I've never been active as a kid or my young adult life, save for a single year in college. You can imagine at 30 my lack of athleticism and how out of control my weight and size are, for that matter. But coming back everyday has been a really great investment on myself. Sal and Cristy are incredible motivators and have been working closely with me and my needs (Low Impact exercise and strength building exercises for my Knee Problems). With a workout plan tailored to my needs, I've been going 5 days a week, something I'd never think I could do for a gym, and recently benched 100lbs, another thing I thought impossible. The small class sizes are really great, I get some quality one-on-one time with the trainers and get to see familiar faces and motivate each other through our process. You have to check it out. It is worth every penny.
