My girlfriend and I have been coming here since September 2019. It’s truly a welcoming environment. We go to the 5am class which works with our schedules. They have classes throughout the day to accommodate everyone’s schedule though. The classes are intense but at the same time welcoming to beginners who are finally getting their life together (like us). It leaves us shaking after workouts but the good pain that keeps you wanting more. Love Jess and Amanda! They are great instructors and are very patient with beginners. We will keep coming here!

Great place to workout! I hate the gym because I never know what to do with the machines and I also find the gym very boring/intimidating if you don’t know what you’re doing. Jess was welcoming since day one. I can see the difference in my performance and body after just a few weeks. I love coming to class and I love the workout group. Everyone is so kind and it’s truly an environment I enjoy being in. I’ll keep coming for a while!

Love seeing all the changes they are making! The classes push you to do better and they make sure you do the exercise right so you don't hurt yourself unlike other gyms that just focus on teaching the class. The Lions den community is a great support system to help you reach your goals. There are open gym hours if you want to get a lift in rather than attend a class as well.

It’s very interesting to why only on Tuesday and Thursday, the music is loud. It’s a gym who the same trainer teaches M-Friday at 5 am and she also trains at 8:30 am on Saturday. It’s also very interesting to see that the person who left the “loud music” comment has only left one other review and it’s for Alamo Management who has also harassed The Lion’s Den the very same week. We also called 911 and when the police came out, they mentioned how they all laugh when they receive the calls of loud noise, because they have repeatedly checked the noise and have never found TLD to be out of commercial zoning ordinance. The Lion’s Den has been helping people improve their lives since 2013 and provide proven results time and time again. They also provide a meal prep service with freshly prepared meals and fresh juice.
