I really liked the gym itself . It was really clean and had great equipment. But when it came time to cancel my membership I received really poor service. I had to cancel due to relocation of work . I sent an email like they ask me too to cancel on 1-26-2021 and they didn’t answer me back till 2-16-2021 and they want to charge me an extra for their lack of responsibility to answer the emails on time . I shouldn’t have to pay because they dropped the ball !!
Poor customer service, don't waste your time.
I'm very happy to go back to exercising. It had been a year . And I'm going to have my own trainer for four sessions. Can't wait to get started.
This gym is a joke. Staff arrives to open gym 10-15 late everyday making people wait every morning, and this morning I waited till 525am and still no one showed up. There were around 14 vehicles waiting which 4 of them left due to waiting. Many of us have work schedules and we need to work out from 5-6 and the staff are never on time nor ready by 5am.nMany of their machines are broken. Facility is never clean always dirty. I left golds for this?? Never again. Can we just end my contract?
Overpriced join fees, attempt to force a minimum of a 6 month contract on customers.
