For the most part I like this gym. My only gripe are the machines seem to always break. Also I don’t see the employees monitoring the people. So many people just hog multiple machines or just sit at one and not even work out. Many do not wipe after themselves although the employees due come by and periodically wipe the machines. Today though was a good example of a person hogging a machine for way over 30 minutes just talking. Many people had to find another alternative for that workout. He ignored everyone’s requests for the machine. Employees passed him up several times and didn’t say anything. If they were paying attention they would have noticed the guy hogging the machine. Too many of the employees are just standing around at the front desk just chatting only time they do anything is if someone slams something hard and they just push the link alarm. They need to to better to ensure everyone enjoys their workout.

Not happy with this location as a whole. Charged for almost an entire year with the yearly maintenance fee even though I haven’t been able to go due to personal reasons. Called last year to cancel with the representative telling me it was taken care of. Didn’t think anything of it while I was away but apparently was charged the entire time I was gone. The best they could do was 3 months back to me even though I should have never been charged over $100. I understand that the representative that is there did they best they could but I feel I shouldn’t be charged for any of it being I called ahead of this to ensure this wouldn’t happen.

Favorite gym to come to as it’s clean and quiet late at night. But as me and my sister we’re entering the gym last night Sunday night the vibe was off a little after 1am a worker and another person think it was a Customer we're outside smoking and sure I’m sure it wasn’t a cigarette!! Definitely will be calling in the morning to talk to management!

If you’re a bodybuilder with your nose in the air I understand this gym might be beneath you, but if you’re just tryna get in shape and start your journey to be the best version of yourself.....you really CANNOT beat under $30 a month! Open 24 hours AND you can visit ANY location with the black card. Nice ud83dudcaaud83cudffeud83dudc4cud83cudffe

Friendly, profesional staff that always greet you with a smile. Cannot beat membership price and value. Great location with exceptional hours of operation. Gym equipment kept clean and in good working condition.
