My husband and I had issues with our unit only pumping out heat, even on the cool setting, which is not great going into the warmer months. Seth came and was able to figure out the problem quickly. He explained what he was testing as he worked and was very informative on what to do next. Seth helped us on another occasion, too, and was just as helpful that time. We both have been so pleased with Seth and Evenflow and highly recommend for quick, affordable, professional service.

Eric came by on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed a problem that I was having with my water heater. It was a very simple solution and he showed me how to resolve it myself in the future. He also removed an electrical outlet and wiring that I had no use for. Eric was very friendly and cordial and did a very quick and efficient job. I would highly recommend this company.

George came out same day to troubleshoot an electrical issue under warranty. He also performed another small job when asked about cost since he was already there. The service is FANTASTIC!!nnGeorge and all the members of his electrical team are all professional and respectful. George answered all questions thoroughly. They work expediently and cleaned up job site each time they were done.

From start to finish they were prompt and professional. Gave detailed explanation regarding all required work. On day of job they were prepared and on time. George had done the onsite estimate. He arrived with the crew assigned for the job and we all walked through the entire job. It was a pleasure to have them in my home and I am so thankful I found such a great company. I have no doubt we will be doing business again!

Seth came out to give an estimate for duct cleaning and upon his review he determined there was no need for duct cleaning and suggested minor things to do to clean vents. He further inspected the AC unit and found no issues. Seth was transparent and educational. I very much appreciate his honesty. Will be using them from now on.
