This is a beautiful yoga space. Katy, the owner, is a wonderful teacher.
Best yoga in Texas!!! Unbelievable that this amazing studio is in downtown Elgin. In their first year in business they were voted a finalist for best small town downtown business in the entire state of Texas. Great web site and social media presence and so much better than anything in Austin. The vibe is great whether you are young or old, new to yoga or an experienced yogi. They also have crazy good retreats that are a blast. Finally, the owner gives back to the community and has many yoga events that donate all the proceeds to animal rescues and other good causes. I love this place!
Body + Shine is a small town hidden treasure. I have been to many different yoga classes with many different teachers and Katy Gassaway is one of the best! She offers a variety of classes to choose from and she makes everyone feel welcome regardless of skill level. Classes are fun, music is great, and the other students are super friendly and supportive of each other. I always leave class feeling refreshed and re-energized!
Awesome yoga and workout in a great downtown space. Small town feel but seriously good yoga! We are so lucky to have this in Elgin. Everyone is welcome too it’s a nice group of friendly people. Highly recommended and highly addictive!
Katy//Body and Shine Wellness never cease to amaze. I'm an athlete and have plenty of knots, tightness and soreness. Whenever I go to a class at B&S I come out feeling refreshed, loose and ready for anything. Thanks for the amazing work you do!
