The stars given are for proficiency. The stars NOT given are for too much pride in one's proficiency!n180.00 to open a locked residential front door, did not replace just opened...12 mins on site.nSadly, the circumstances were especially tragic and I was there (from out of town) on behalf of a client who had just lost a loved one. So, clearly took advantage of our tragic and unusual predicament. Shameful. Thus felt compelled to write this review.nAnd then to boot, I had to stop everything and follow Scotty to an ATM machine because she failed to mention she only accepts cash or check.nI was frankly shocked that a business charges that amount and then too cheap to pay for credit card transactions.nPricing outrageous for practices so outdated!

Very professional, arrived on time and installed a keyless access lock that makes locking and getting in so much easier! Works like a charm! I would use Scotty’s lock and key again!
