KP Painter

I have use Karla aka KP painter multiple times. First her company painted the inside of my house. The job was very professional. We only needed to push the furniture to the center of the room and her team was able to work around it and the job was great. She also painted the interior of a commercial for me in Normandy Park. It had been remodeled completely and over 3days she and her crew prepped primed and painted the complete clinic. With multiple colors multiple exam rooms. Fabulous job. I would highly recommend her company for any size job.

My second time hiring Karla and look forward to the next time! Karla handled our exterior last year and did such a wonderful job we had no doubts about hiring Karla again for our interior. I love Karla's honest approach and flexibility. Karla is a delight and does high quality work for a reasonable price.

Karla and her team are top-notch and consummate professionals. We hired Karla to paint the exteriors of our house shortly before we put it on the market and not only did Karla do an excellent job but she also made sure it was done on-time based on our tight schedule. Karla is a skilled painter and you can tell she loves what she does (and she is really cool too!). My husband and I will no doubt use her again when we need paint work done. Highly recommend Karla and team!!

Karla and team were fantastic! We had our 1957 house with original cedar siding repainted this summer. We were very nervous ahead of time and Karla set us at ease from the outset during her estimate visit. She kept us informed throughout the process and the results turned out fantastic. Our home feels both beautiful and protected!

I had looked through Nextdoor, and on Angies list and here on Google for painters. We found three likely candidates. They all came and gave us bids. But I had re-checked and the KP Painters kept showing up with glowing reviews. When Karla showed up to do her free estimate we were immediately impressed by her sharp eye for detail, and she pointed out aspects of the job the other two bidders had missed. She had a competitive bid and because we like to support female owned businesses KP Painters got the job. We had some siding that needed replacement and she told us what to get, then matched our paint color perfectly, and throughout the job was always willing to talk about choices, and things we noticed as the job progressed that came up. She and her crew were always on time, and worked hard the entire time. At the end of the day paint chips, any mess, anything you might think was out of place...wasn't. Very professional indeed. I can honestly say, we have NEVER had a better paint job on our house. We have lived here for 30 years and finally, the house looks BETTER than the day we bought it. I cannot recommend KP Painters and Karla Rojas highly enough. She's a professional and a great person too.
