Very clean let alone big enough to shower or toilet abit space lol pool hot tube is be installed loved the people there at the office, only reason for left was my 14nyear old dog w heart problems was scared to death over market stree traffic, we plan on going back!, maybe again this year
We enjoyed our time their I thought it was a bit over priced $49 @ night we had a total of 4; motorhomes and 11;in our group .. the stickers their were really bad park was clean and it was very clean clubhouse was ok
This is not a mobile home park. I did see one Katrina trailer and some full timers but they are all Travel trailers or RV's. This is definitely a Snow Bird destination for the winter. The spaces are close but the clubhouse and showers are decent. The neighbors are friendly and the park feels safe. The WI-Fi is awesome, fast enough to stream videos. The cable requires a box with a $100 deposit.nThis isn't the best RV resort Ive stayed at, but at half the cost of the others, I give it 5 stars.
