Great place to do business

This place is highway robbery. They sold my friend, who is a single mom getting out of a bad situation (which they knew about), a car that they knew was junk. Not only did they sell it to her for WAY over what it was worth, but when we went to pick the car up the check engine light came on before we got 10 miles down the road. She took it back the next day, and they just covered up the engine light so when she took it off again the light came on. They simply said her car, her problem. She said she wanted her down payment back due to having a legit car dealership that had a WORKING car in her price range, and it hadn’t even been 24 hours since picking up the car. They said no. Then they said the owner was “nice enough” to be willing to fix the car, and she should be thankful of that because he “never allows that to happen” (so obviously they admit they sold junk cars to people in the past and have had this problem). She dropped the car off, and they said you need to file a claim with your insurance because everything is wrong with your car and we can’t fix it. The worst part was- she didn’t even want this car. She tried to get out of it and was bullied into signing the contract by stating she wouldn’t find a car anywhere else because of her history and if she didn’t sign the contract now they wouldn’t sell her a car either. Lemon law night not apply to used cars in Tennessee, but Consumer Protection Act does. Thankfully she has all the messages and communication.nnTerrible people and customer service.

I had the best experience when purchasing my Pathfinder. I was in a bit of a predicament but Brian helped me out and made the process very easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area needing a car.
