Quite possibly the most pleasant buying experience ever. Small town service and knowledgeable staff. I found the perfect truck and 30 minutes later was signing paperwork. I'd recommend this lot to anyone. I fully intend to send business their way. It was a 2 hour drive that was well worth the time.
I drove from Knoxville to buy a truck and was pleasantly surprised to find the truck was even better than advertised. Joey did a fantastic job of having everything ready to go and after signing a few papers we were on our way back to Knoxville. Absolutely one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had.
ABSOLUTELY ONE OF THE BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT! EXTREMELY CLEAN TRUCKS AND THE TRUCK I PURCHASED WAS SO CLEAN I HAD TO ASK SHOW ME THE CARFAX! THEY DID AND I WAS BLOWN AWAY LOW MILEAGE NO ACCIDENTS PERIOD! YALL SERIOUSLY NEED TO MAKE THE TRIP LIKE I DID! ITS WORTH THE DRIVE!
Don't buy from here!!! We bought a 20,000 diesel truck from there and have had nothing but issue out of it. Stuff that they should've found. And as we went to trade it off was told the truck had been wrecked 4 times!!! And they apparently didn't think we needed to know that. So a truck we paid 20,000 for is only worth 5,000. Never again!
Do Not purchase a vehicle from this company. My husband and I went to look at a vehicle they had for sale. Come to find out they don’t take trade-ins or do financing. They will give you the run around which they did us for over a week. They won’t answer text messages or emails. They always came up with an excuse as to why they didn’t answer. So please take your business somewhere else!
