Was wondering if there was any rentals here. It's just my husband and I and we are looking to settle in some place. We got married last June and have been staying with his mom until she got back on her feet after a surgery. Now that she's doing better we want to be on our own and start our lives together. Thank you so much ahead of time.

Lived here for over a year. Never had an issue with norman. My girlfriend and I bought a trailer from him, and love it! He has always treated us well, and we have very nice neighbors. Mostly everyone to keeps to themselves, and its quiet.

Poor lighting, lack of direction signs, needs paving, either make vacant units habitable or remove (eye sores), questionable people allowed on property (safety concerns ), nice entry to property deceiving, lack of security patrolling, laundry facilities on premises would be a bonus, part-time maintenance person on-site would be a bonus. Update : improved lighting, fewer unknowns on property, noticeable security, lot rents uncomparable. I've lived in many places but never in places as I do now, owned vs rented & may have not taken a lot of my critique into consideration at first review. I understand the owners are not present (so I have been told), & all or most of the responsibilities of managing this property basically falls upon the shoulders of one Manager, which to me explains the not so flattering review I first reported. This Manager/landlord/jack-of-all-trades, simply needs help. To me, he is the nicest, accommodating, friendly, hard working, caring, dedicated, over worked man who does the best that he can with what he has to work with. Never have I heard him complain, make excuses, talk bad about anyone plus so much more. He must really love his job/career, & the tenants he cares for daily. I hope Mr. N. Gardner is well compensated by his employer's & appreciated by them & all tenants as well. I also wish this update could be posted for all to see & realize that people's perceptions can be changed with finding more knowledge, insight, & have the capacity to admit they didn't take a lot of this new found knowledge into consideration when first reporting their opinions because they didn't have that knowledge. I do now & stand by my new critique. 4 STARS. Thank you.
