Domino's Pizza

I am a firm believer in supporting businesses within the white center area. However, I was appalled by the lack of customer service I received. I understand things get busy, however waiting 2 hours for a pizza is just unacceptable and quite frankly not worth it. And to top that off, the lack of excuses is beyond me. I know this is not how Dominos operates their franchises and are held to higher standards in customer service which was not provided in my experience tonight. To illustrate, we ordered a pizza around 5:30, an hour passed by and I call to check up and was told should be ready in 30 minutes. I had my mom call to check on things around 7:30pm, Sydney picks up and then hangs up on my mom. I call back to check and no answer. So I use my sisters phone calling from a different number and immediately get someone and it’s Sydney. I expressed my frustration and wanting to cancel my order and before I could confirm my order was cancelled she hung up on me. Of course I needed to figure out if the order was actually cancelled, forcing me to have to go to the actual store to confirm. I am baffled at the lack of customer service your employee Sydney provided. I understand you're frustrated and busy and I have empathy towards that. However, I will not tolerate a bad attitude and being hung up on. The lack of problem solving skills let alone deescalation methods is apparent. I highly suggest reevaluating your bottom line and operational efficiency since clearly this is a pattern based off your previous reviews.

Awesome service, great food and beautiful atmosphere.

We waited over 3 hours for some freaking pizza.nnI have been a Dominos fan my entire life, best pizza ever. But after tonight I will NEVER go back, the customer service was terrible, and again we WAITED 3 HOURS for pizza

First time trying out the contactless pickup. It was kinda weird at first, but overall it was pretty cool. Oh yeah the pizza was good too.

Overall enjoyed the experience lol pretty smooth service, a nice way to laugh about an easy fix ud83dude06 happy Thanksgiving everyone working! We appreciate it!
