I had a craving to eat some nostalgic pizza from many years ago and was willing to drive 30 minutes to get to this Pizza Hut as there are not any in North Seattle. When I placed an order Over the phone and asked about their Pepperoni pizza they gave me two options (hand tossed and thin/crispy). I told them to give me their original pizza, the popular one. They told me it was the hand tossed. They never mentioned to me about their original Pan Pizza at all, nor did they mention stuff crust. I ended up getting a pizza that I did not want. Poor communication from this one. I took an hour out of my day and did not get to relive the good ol’ pizza days from my childhood. Therefore, as much as I hate to do this, I do not recommend!
There were some mixed up with our order. After having to wait > 15mins, they just refunded our order and sent it our way with our order. Haven't seen this level of service for a while. Will definitely be back

I ordered boneless wings and it was completely raw. I bit into it at home and thought it was just fatty. It was raw.nnI also ordered regular wings and i go 90% drumsticks. At least make it even amount of wings and drumsticks.
Technically it's fast food. Can't expect much but the wings are fire!!
