Explained to me what kind s of meat cuts offered,an package options. Did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Small business service at its best.
First time to have a steer process went there to pick it up and found out they didn’t processed it what I ask for I ask for a brisket,whole ribs,and the leg bones I didn’t get it instead they grind up the brisket,cut up the ribs and no leg bones he gave back $20 for brisket but I rather had the brisket you supposed to get what you paid for apparently this processor you don’t I will not be back
low yields on beef processing. 30% should be at least 40%. High prices, no box to carry meat home in provided. No notification of meat being ready. Disappointed will not be back.
