Tyler was very effcient and courteous when I arrived at the store. He quickly went and got the battery, and replaced my old one. He reminded me to come in to collect my refend of the core fee. It was very fluid and I was pleased to have him wait on me. He had all the tools handy on a cart so the process was very simple.
Great customer service. Flawless screen replacement on iPhone. Recommended screen replacement to my daughter after my experience. This was my second visit to this store. Will definitely return.

Went in to find out about a battery for my wife's older computer. Sales person was very informative and helpful. Stated they did not have a supplier to get this battery. Told me to google it online and maybe we could find it and if we did they would for a reasonable price, install it.
