This is a GREAT store. They have a wonderful selection of products that I would love to buy.nSadly, they won’t pay anyone to take my money. They almost NEVER have more than two cashiers. Even when many people are lined up trying to buy stuff. They simply WILL not accommodate customers by opening another lane. I won’t wait 45 minutes to give them $200.00.nToday (and about 20-30% of the time) I just walked out, left all the food I had gathered up and went to Ingles.

I have just about had it with their one or two check out lanes open with the line five or six deep! This is the way it is every time I go which is usually is early afternoon. This Kroger is obviously too cheap to hire enough cashier's to actually have customer service. When I spend $300 a trip I will not do self checkout and I do NOT want to stand in line for 30 minutes! I will start shopping at Food City or Auldi.

UPDATE 2/2021: Adding a gas station to an already medium size parking lot = no parking ever, especially on a busy weekend afternoon. I give up. Not shopping here anymore.nWhat’s happened to this store?! After the multiple remodels, I find myself frequenting the Clinton Hwy location. The produce looks pretty bad, out of stock of a lot of items, self-checkouts galore but no actual registers open. Super disappointed as this location is so close to me but I find myself avoiding it.

One lane open on Monday at 10:45am?!?!? I have a full buggy of weekly shopping! This is a joke. Publics costs more but there is excellent service. The self check out lines were full too.

There was only one lane an a horribly nasty old lady running the Uscan today. I'm done with this Kroger. The workers filling online shopping orders clog the isles and are dismissive of in store shoppers.nThe biggest issue could be that they have the same shelf space for Ben&Jerry's ice cream as every other grocery store but a third of the flavor selection. How do you not have New York Super fudge chunk!?
