Go here twice a week sometimes 3 or 4 times a week, always the lowest prices and I love their Angus steaks, delicious. Keep up the great work guys!
Even though I was last minute late (10:50pm) everyone was still very courteous and helpful.
If i could give this store a negative zero i would!! The cashiers aren't trained in customer service and neither is the main manager David Hill. He deserves to be fired. Very unprofessional. Very rude and disrespectful. Ill never go to this kroger again! And ill make sure I let everyone know how i was treated by that man in there and something will evenually be done about it. I contacted corporate and i will MAKE SURE something is done about David Hill. UNREAL!!
Just had a very negative experience at the checkout not happy with self checkouts at the best of times but when I vented my card information my pin and told that it's approved and then I'm going to receipt to leave I'm not happy. I'm also not happy when the people that was supposed to be helping you I just standing around having their own conversation. Customer service if there's not disrespectful it definitely is
